Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be supported by credit card details and are considered definite in accordance of the International Law whereby a reservation for a room in a guest house is a legally binding contract.
Molland House acts in accordance of International law and in the event of cancellation 48 hours notice must be given prior to the date of arrival (not the time) or the standard fee of 100% of the whole booking will be charged unless the room can be re-let to another party.
Therefore we would recommend you arranged for cancellation insurance.
For group bookings ( more than one room) and long stay booking ( 7 nights or more) a full 14 days notice of cancellation must be given or the standard fee of 100% of the whole booking will be charged unless the rooms are re-let to a third party.
In the highly unlikely event there is an overbooking we will arrange for a transfer from Molland House to accommodation of equal quality.
Check In & Check Out
Check In: Guests are asked to arrive between 5pm-9pm - if earlier or later time is required this must be made by special arrangement.
Guests are asked to vacate the premises each day at 10.30am and not re-enter before 4 pm.
