All rooms are very spacious and have luxury en-suite, TVs with digital channels and DVD players. All have seating, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and room for luggage to be stored.

All rooms have been decorated to a high standard and have many little extras which previous guests have all loved including fresh flowers in each room and in all public areas.
The house is fully heated and each bedroom has radiators with individual thermostatically controlled regulators. The dinning room has an open fire which is lit on cold winter mornings.
As we are a family run B&B we welcome guests with children of any age. For guests that need additional storage for cycles we have an outside store which is locked at night and for golfers we can provide extra storage inside the house.
Dog owners will be pleased to know we do allow dogs but we ask to be advised when the booking is made.
Rooms as follows:
- one twin with two small double beds plus massive en-suite bathroom with large corner bath with shower,
- two large doubles both with kingsize beds and en-suite shower rooms.
- a large four poster room complete with wide screen TV and a three seater settee,
- plus a large room with superking size bed and large en-suite with small bath & massive walk in shower with wide flat screen TV

Molland House: À environ 3 miles de Sandwich. Sur l’A257 entre Sandwich et Canterbury, suivre la direction de Ash. Dans le village, prendre la direction de la Primary School: la masison est sur la gauche. Doubles de 70 à 80 £ (101,50 à 116 €), selon la durée du séjour. Modeste manoir de brique rouge, tapi au fond d’un champ de verdure entouré de clôtures. Intérieure de charme égayé de fleurs fraîches, joliment restauré et dont on a conservé les murs en colombage. Déco soignée, chambers spacieuses et confortables (avec TV et lecteur DVD !) Un bel endroit.
