Molland House: Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be supported by credit card details and are considered definite in accordance of the International Law whereby a reservation for a room in a guest house is a legally binding contract.

Molland House acts in accordance of International law and in the event of cancellation:

for one room - 7 days notice must be given prior to the date of arrival
more than one room or seven nights - 28 days notice must be given prior to the date of arrival

Or the standard fee of 100% of the whole booking will be charged unless the room can be re-let to another party.

Therefore we would recommend you arranged for cancellation insurance.

For group bookings ( more than one room) and long stay booking ( 7 nights or more) a full 14 days notice of cancellation must be given or the standard fee of 100% of the whole booking will be charged unless the rooms are re-let to a third party.

In the highly unlikely event there is an overbooking we will arrange for a transfer from Molland House to accommodation of equal quality.

Check In & Check Out

Check In: Guests are asked to arrive between 5pm-9pm - if earlier or later time is required this must be made by special arrangement.

Check Out: 10.30am
